To complement their cylinder head and intake packages, the airflow experts at Trick Flow have teamed up with Quick Fuel Technologies to produce four-barrel carbs capable of feeding high-horsepower engines. Trick Flow now offers four carburetors that cover high performance street, street/strip, and all-out racing applications.

We've got one to try out on an engine build coming up soon, but for now here's a breakdown of the benefits and features of the entire line-up.

Trick Flow Street Heat Carburetor (PN: TFS-20650)

This electric choke, dual feed 650cfm mechanical secondary carb is ideal for high performance street and bracket race engines.

You get:

  • Billet aluminum throttle body and metering blocks
  • Replaceable idle feed restrictors, power valve channel restrictions, and idle air bleeds, and high speed air bleeds offer superior tunability
  • Downleg boosters
  • Four-corner idle system
  • Secondary jet extensions and notched secondary floats
  • Additional links to tune the secondary opening rate included

Trick Flow Track Heat Carburetor (PN: TFS-20750R)

The mechanical secondary, dual feed, 750cfm Track Heat is targeted more at dedicated bracket racing engines. The Pro version of the Track Heat (PN: TFS-20850R) steps up to 850cfm, but includes all the same features.

You get:

  • High-flow main body with downleg boosters and blended venturi area to smooth out airflow
  • CNC-machined billet metering blocks with 4-stage emulsion bleeds-provide more precise fuel metering, improve throttle response, and more uniform fuel performance curve
  • Screw-in idle air bleeds, high-speed air bleeds, and accelerator pump discharge nozzles for almost unlimited tunability
  • Billet aluminum baseplate
  • Additional links to tune the secondary opening rate included

Trick Flow Race Carburetor (PN: TFS-21050R)

This is big, bad mechanical secondary, Dominator style 1,050cfm carb is intended for large cubic inch race engines that needs large quantities of air and fuel emulsion fast.

You get:

  • Die-cast aluminum main body with a lengthened venturi section for greater midrange torque and better airflow
  • Precision die-cast 1.710 inch diameter annular booster venturis with CNC-machined billet aluminum inserts-smoother air entry, stronger vacuum signal, less turbulence, improved fuel emulsion for better combustion
  • CNC-machined billet metering blocks with 3-circuit metering
  • Replaceable emulsion, idle feed, intermediate bowl, and feed discharge bleeds for almost unlimited tunability
  • External linkage with links for moderate progressive (25 percent), medium progressive (40 percent), full progressive (50 percent), and 1:1 primary throttle opening rates
