Even for a big-block, with fuel injectors sitting downstream there is only the need for a 4150-style throttle body. There are no boosters sitting in the middle of the throttle bores to clog up the airflow so there is no need for a 4500 Dominator throttle body, unless the engine is well past 1,000 hp. The soft rubber absorbs some of the pulsing from the cam and gives a smoother signal to the sensor.
