Shiftworks has the solution for the shifting, of course. The two brackets are installed with the trans and shifter in Overdrive. We opted for the improved Shiftworks cable ($74.50, PN K100) rather than the stock GM cable (which is usable), since it offers more adjustability for fine tuning if necessary. We want 5.5 inches from the rear face of the cable mount to the center of the mount pin. View Related Article
