Gen III Hemi Engine Moroso Electric Water Pump

For dyno testing, the boys used an old faithful Moroso cog-beltdriven electric water pump to free up horsepower. In making back-to-back pulls they noticed the temp would rise and power would drop unacceptably. They determined that it was most likely the water pump not turning fast enough. Replacing the small drive gear with a 14-tooth gear from Moroso (PN 97252) bumps up the driven speed by 28 percent to solve that problem. View Related Article
