The MC Cluster and Auto Meter gauges are secured into place using the stock fasteners and boltholes. The finished product looks racy without being garish. The nice thing about using aftermarket gauges with any engine swap is that they minimize the need to monkey around with the factory wiring harness. The speedometer picks up its signal from an electric sender mounted on the transmission tailshaft, and the coolant temperature and oil pressure gauges use their own senders as well. The tach wires into the MSD ignition box, while the fuel level gauge hooks up to the stock sender. View Related Article
