Reusing the stock power steering pump required welding -6AN port adapter fittings to both the pump and reservoir. The final step in the steering makeover is filling the pump up with fluid, and purging air out of the system. This involves turning the steering wheel from lock to lock several times with the engine running. During this process, additional fluid should be added as necessary. View Related Article
