With the column in, install the turn signal lever. Test it to make sure it's not too tight. If it's overtightened, it can make it hard to cancel the signal without signaling the opposite direction. Next, install the steering-wheel base and components in the order shown here. It can be done on the bench, but it's much easier when the column is already mounted. View Related Article
