Mounting the heat exchanger requires the front bumper to come off. I would start my installation here because it's relatively easy to remove the nose of a Chrysler LX platform car. I've done it many times, and it takes about 25 minutes. If it's your first time, expect it to take twice as long. Find a good location to mount the heat exchanger using the accompanying straps to hold it into place. When you're done, run the wires, coolant hoses, and hose clamps. View Related Article
