The dyno isn't the best place to save fuel, but consumer feedback shows the fuel mileage can actually improve because the efficiency of the engine is improved. This is not guaranteed to those with a lead foot, however. Our mileage, with Hunkins at the wheel, only took a slight hit, going from 23 mpg to 21. Not a bad hit for a 100hp increase.
