Vortech uses stainless hose clamps to hold the radiator hose to the supplied extension. The relocation of the hose keeps things neat and tidy. The installation instructions ask for a gallon of coolant to be drained for this process, but we opted to replace it all (it was, like the plugs, as old as the car itself). View Related Article
