Just weld the inside corners, weld a short cross-brace to the back, and add cupholders if you want. (We made ours out of some old 4-inch exhaust tube laying around.) We coated the whole thing in Dupli-Color graphite-textured metallic coating. It matched our interior and gave it a durable finish not unlike truck bed liner.
