Intake Manifold - Between The Sheets
After replicating the exact shape of the port in a CAD program, the manifold flanges are cut on a CNC machine. They're made from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum to prevent warpage. The lifter valley plates and plenum plates are also CNC-milled.
