On the 200-ft. skidpad, it was a real chore to keep from grinding the trim rims into the pavement. The small tire contact patch put the Camaro in a state of chronic understeer, and the lack of power kept it there. Clockwise rotation yielded a lateral limit of .71g while counter-clockwise produced a .69 reading. Averaged, the limit was .70g, or about the same as a 1995 Mazda MPV minivan. View Related Article
