Shannon and Kenny attack the interior. There isn't a lot of aftermarket stuff made for the '72 Charger interior, so they plan on reusing what they can. Year One is supplying available parts wherever possible.

You may remember this Ben Hermance '73 Charger rendering from the November 2007 issue of PHR (Dream Car Of The Month). It's a concept called "Project Cannibal." No, Kenny didn't take inspiration from it or even know about it, but it's proof that great minds think alike. After Kenny explained to Shannon his idea for the Charger, Shannon mentioned that he'd seen the Hermance rendering. Key differences: Kenny's Charger will not be shortened at the nose, nor will it be chopped. The overall look will be similar, with matte-black graphics over a gloss black color coat and a thin red pinstripe. Stainless matte bumper trim is being discussed as well. Yeah, yeah, we know, "Blue On Black" is the obvious choice for paint. Forget about it. With Kenny's blessing, that combo's already been taken by Bill Goldberg's '70 Superbird project currently going together at Year One.
