"I've always been a fan of oddball and forgotten [post-'72] cars, and the '74 Road Runner is one of those cars that just scream to be updated. I started out with a Plum Crazy 'Cuda/Challenger in mind, but with all the modern-day modifications and abilities of a Pro-Touring ride."
Powered by a 440, the six-pack-equipped V-8 has 590 hp, giving the Plum Crazy 'Runner more than enough power to scoot around town or the track. The door handles are shaved to smooth out the lines and give the car a continuous flow. The color-matched bumpers are smoothed. A front wraparound spoiler and rear wing in black complement the Road Runner's theme stripes. The 3.5-inch stainless steel exhaust exits just in front of the rear wheels. This will make sure people know you're coming, or just leaving them in the dust.
