With Chevy small-blocks, the distributor has to come out to swap intakes. Do yourself a favor and mark the position of the housing relative the block, and the rotor relative the housing. That way the distributor can be stabbed in just where it was, saving time in getting the distributor back in. Just don't crank the engine. View Related Article
