On-track beat-downs and carnage go hand in hand. Three laps into his second session on the road course, Tim Watson blew a head gasket on his supercharged 383-powered '65 Chevy II. With the help of his wife, Jimmy Spears, and the crew from Ridetech, Watson worked until 1:30 a.m. to get the Nova buttoned back up and ready for competition on Sunday.
