Bill Trovato of Rochester, NY, is arguably one of the fastest and most knowledgeable Oldsmobile engine builders in the country, and he's quick to prove that point with his '78 Olds Starfire. The baby Olds packs a 403 with Batten heads, Edelbrock Victor intake, 1150 Dale Cubic-tweaked Dominator, and a COMP .800-lift solid roller cam. Of course, Bill built it himself, and in its current form, has belted out a best of 8.14/170 in Vortech Xtreme Street.
