Fans may remember this bright orange and wildly-striped car as being another West Coast hitter when it belonged to Don St. Ours. Now owned by all-around good guy Ed Thornton, another Californian familiar to heads-up fans, the gorgeous '69 has been changed over to a twin-turbo/small-block arrangement. Ed is still dialing in the combo, but when he posted a 6.967-second pass at 194 after a backfire on the top end, we knew the setup had "giant killer" potential. View Related Article
