The pistons were crafted by Venolia, and must be some of the strangest we've ever seen. They are a relatively tall design, and incorporate much of the combustion chamber into their decks. Pin length is 2.930-inches, and pin weight is 150g. The pins were coated with Casidium to prevent scuffing, which is becoming a popular move among racers of all disciplines. The pistons themselves were coated by Calico. We did hear rattling between 3,000-3,500 rpm, but it cleared up completely after that, and power began to skyrocket. View Related Article
