The next step in oil control is to use these main bearing galley restrictors. Limited to a .125-inch hole, they keep precious oil in the bottom end of the engine. Enough lubricant finds its way to the top end to keep the valvetrain happy but can starve the mains without these restrictors in place. These are not too difficult to install. View Related Article
