Crane Cams recently released this CNC-machined solid roller lifter designed specifically for the LS1. The cool thing about these Crane lifters is that they allow the continued use of the OEM lifter retainers. With the pushrods removed, these retainers will literally "grip" the lifters thereby allowing a camshaft change without removal of the cylinder heads. View Related Article
